Mathematical Visualization in the Graduate Curriculum
Abstract: Grace Work (mathviz REGs) will report on JReality. This Java based webservice is from the Technical University of Berlin and specializes in visualizing structures (e.g. zero curvature, minimal Willmore) in discrete differential deometry. We will also "organize" additional talks on visualization of interest to graduate students.

Abstract: This talk will be a general talk, in particular I will give some basics of coding theory and toric varieties. Then I will give an overview of recent results in the field, and some questions for further research.
