Mathematical Visualizations in the Cube Virtual Environment
Abstract: As part of Grace's REGs project, she will present her visualization of Kuehn's Surface in the Cube. This will be part of a general Cube tour from 11 to 12:30 this coming Friday. If you have never been in the Cube, this is a good time for a leisurely and informative visit. Come any time up to 12 when the last 20 minute tour starts. ISL is located on Hazelwood drive. It's a (hot) 20 min bike ride from Altgeld. You can take the (cooler) Silver bus twice an hour, to Vet Med, and walk 5 n to ISL. A map is at http://new.math.uiuc.edu/ISLmap.png There is also (expensive) University parking at ISL.
