The cathedral in Santiago de Campostella is the end of the
pilgrimage route of St.James (Santiago or San Diego or St.Jakob).
Across from it is a pilgrim hostel, now converted to a fancy parador.
The beach of La Lanzada is near Santiago.
In between is this small church at Valgas.
Along the Camino de Santiago are many churches.
In Astorga, the bishop's residence was designed by Gaudí.
