The program
`vcs`

will compute voronoi diagrams in three dimensions.
Unfortunately, it is not very well documented,
and I am unable to provide support.

This version also can compute periodic diagrams (in a
three-torus), for instance to generate `evolver`

datafiles
for foams.

Because vcs uses the gift-wrapping algorithm, it is not numerically stable. Unless you have specific reasons for wanting this 1988 code, I'd suggest using some more modern voronoi diagram code, like that available from the Alpha Shapes project.

Here's a new recommendation: the hull code from Ken Clarkson at Bell Labs is supposed to be very good and robust.
